Ordering and Minimums

What is the minimum order for custom t-shirts?

Screen printed and embroidered orders start at 24 pieces per design. Full-color process prints start at 48 pieces, and orders with printed tags or polybagging start at 96 pieces. You can also mix sizes and shirt colors, as long as the design stays the same.

How long does a custom t-shirt order take?

Standard production takes 8 to 15 business days, and the average is about 10 business days. The clock starts after you pay and approve your proof. Then, UPS Ground shipping usually takes 1 to 5 business days.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes, rush production is sometimes available in as little as 4 business days, plus shipping. However, it depends on our schedule, so please contact us with your date before you order.

Shipping, Artwork, and Proofs

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Every order ships free by UPS Ground within the US, except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. In addition, we offer free same-day delivery in Dallas and Austin once production is done.

What file type should I send for my artwork?

Vector files work best, for example AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF. If you do not have a vector file, send a 300 DPI image at the size you want printed. Our design team will review it and tell you if it needs cleanup.

Will I see a proof before you print?

Yes. Our designers send a free digital proof for every order. Nothing prints until you approve it, so you can check colors, size, and spelling first.

Can you match my exact brand colors?

Yes. We match ink and thread colors to the Pantone Matching System. So, if you know your Pantone numbers, include them with your order.

Decoration and Order Questions

Should I choose screen printing or embroidery?

Screen printing is best for t-shirts, tank tops, and large designs. Embroidery, on the other hand, is best for hats, polos, and jackets with a small logo.

Can I order different sizes and colors?

Yes. You can mix sizes and garment colors in one order. However, each different design counts as a separate order for minimums and pricing.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Email us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. If the order does not match your approved proof, we will reprint the affected items. Our returns and refunds page explains the full policy.
